I’m not too familiar with the dirt Lennox has on Skerrit. He’s however throwing enough around to splatter on all of us and I’m just sick of it and upset.
It cannot be right though that Linton should be dragging our beloved Prime Minister through the mire every time he opens his mouth. The sins Linton lays at his feet -the Blaircourt Villas, land acquisition, two million dollar mansion and the rapid accumulation of wealth -are presented as gospel with proselytic fervour. The incessant mudslinging however not merely vilifies Skerrit, but stains and grievously scars Dominica’s pristine image in the international community. I shudder to think what the fallout might be when the chickens come home to roost.
I’m also upset that Prime Minister Skerrit has allowed this circus to continue for so long. He has already and on a number of occasions denied any wrong doing. On the night of the launch of Alvin Bernard on the Bayfront in December, the Prime Minister, for what he hoped would have been his final deliberation on the matter, categorically refuted all of Linton’s indictments. So did his handlers. I hoped then and more so after the DLP’s landslide victory at the polls that the witch-hunt would have gone away. But it hasn’t. The accusations have outlived the campaign and seem to be piling higher.
How pathetic. This ugly mess, one way or another needs to be cleaned up or we will be swept away to our doom by the gathering mudslide. The onus is on the Prime Minister. He can stop this madness. All he has to do is sue Linton for every last penny he has. The PM has gone this route before for seemingly less egregious offenses. Certainly, a lawsuit would gag the big mouth. The courts would vindicate Skerrit. Wouldn’t it? He would clear his good name and Dominica’s. It would also usher a dispensation of peace in our land and hopefully a desperately needed truce in the Linton/skerrit wars. More importantly however, it would really once and for all clear my mind on the matter and no doubt thousands of others eagerly awaiting a definitive and conclusive outcome on the issues.
I honestly believe that the reason Skerrit Hasn’t sued mr Linton is because he is telling the truth and Skerrit knows that in a court of law the truth will come out and our country will be shamed.
I concur; the PM has sued or at least threaten to sue for less egregious matters. But probably he can’t for fear that the skeletons hiding in his closet might come to life. I doubt we will ever know the truth about this matter. At least not now; not while the PM is protected under the cover of diplomatic immunity. In the meantime, lennox has cat blanche to run his mouth. Only trouble is, Sweet Dominica’s paying for it
This person would like everything a hush your month country is what the PM wants.
The PM has too much skeletons hiding in the closet Mr Linton is bringing you the truth you don’t want to hear (Walking time bomb) Still waiting for all the Truth. A news reporter is there to report what is happening in the country.
Waiting to hear more from Lennox
Ideally Skerrit would love to silence Lennox not because he is telling the truth but because he can’t stand the exposure, however too many questions will be asked, the fall out will be too great even amongst labourites, since even Skerrit knows there’s a breaking point to everything. He can’t even threaten to sue, because Lennox will have a filled day with him, if he never had one before.
Skerrit knows that every single story is true, he did not inherit any wealth and he had none of these things before so how can he sue. Man like Bubbles time will catch up with, playing christian and condoning criminal activity. Only in Dominica this could go on for so long and no investigation launched.
It’s amazing how we Dominicans can bring down our country.Power of life and death is in our mouth.I would believe lennox linton is an educated man and a man that cares for Dominica. However when he lashes out at the prime minister , it affects our country not just the pm.Words and accusations have a way of coming back and hunt people. I believe as a man who say he cares about DA he should find a rational way to discuss those issues if they are true.and pm, he has to learn to listen and do not defend himself, guilty or innocence, God will reveal it anyway.God is in charge.
I am not putting my hand in fire for anyone, sometimes you can’t trust your own self. i will say this though: There is no smoke without fire!
If the P.M cannot sue to shut up Linton or set up a hit on him for fear of the finger being pointed straight at Skerro by the population speaks volumes.Some one said it is pathetic and an ugly mess then went on to state one way or another the P.m ought to put an end to it.(How? Not the above) or by dictatorship tonTon macoute style( we already have Haitians at home maybe they can advise Skerrit.Any Grenadians living on island? Maybe they can teach Gary’s Mongoose squad tactics to Skerro.
