The NBD in collaboration with Lime Dominica Ltd (formerly Cable & Wireless) launched its mobile banking service –Mo-banking- on August 5th, 2009.

This new form of banking can be accessed by Lime customers via text messaging or via a wireless application protocol (WAP).

Mo-banking allows customers to inquire about their account balance, pay weekly bills, make loan payments, and transfer funds between accounts and request information from the bank using their mobile phones.

The NBD is the first banking institution in the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States to introduce this form of banning.
