This guy Reginal Saverin certainly has verbal diahorra. What utter nonsense. We have departments of Government specifically designed to carry out these functions, but we have Reggie speaking as if the PM is using his private funds to give assistance to the poor. When was there ever a time in Dominica when we as a people and a government not concerned about the needs of the poor? This guy sounds so foolish it is sickening. Is it Skerrit who invented the Grotto Home? Is it Skerrit who invented the Dominica Infirmary? Is it Skerrit who invented the Grange home for the Aged? or the Red Cross? Here it is instead of people receiving assistance from structured government programs they are reduced to beggars coming to the PM's office dehumanizing themselves. A classic example is that of the free text book program which was offered to all Dominicans through the Ministry of education. that was dismantled just so that the people would have to go directly to Skerrit to beg him so that the poor people would see Skerrit as some kind of god and saviour. Reggie Saverin will tell people that Dominica actually came into existence when Skerrit became PM, and the sky is blue because of Skerrit. Every single road in Dominica was built by Skerrit, all the hospitals were built by Skerrit even if there is no medication to treat people. All the schools in Dominica were built by Skerrit, every educated Dominican was edcuated by Skerrit. The first time a plane landed in Dominica it was because of Skerrit. Oh Skerrit built the deep water harbor. Skerrit invented sports in Dominica. Before Skerrit Dominca cease to exist. Frank Baron was a dream, EO Leblance was a dream, Eugenia Charles was a dream, UWP was a bad dream, Rosie and Pierro were myths. It is when Skerrit came into Office that the history of Dominca actually started. Ha ha ha what a joke. It is no wonder why Laborites refer to him as jesus the lion of judah. One can easily understand why the only way Skerrit can win election is to steal the elections by bringing in mercenary voters. REGGIE DO YOU TAKE FUN KEEPING POOR PEOPLE IN IGNORANCE?
