Water For Campbell & Warner
Minister of Energy Ports and Services Charles Saverin says over 4 million dollars will be invested in new water supplies in the villages of Campbell and Warner.
Saverin was addressing the Dominica Labour Party public meeting in Mahaut on Thursday.
“We have made Warner and Campbell priorities for proving new water systems. We will spend over 3 million dollars to put a new water supply there and that includes a building of two storage tanks and supply lines. In Campbell we will put a new water supply costing over one million dollars to ensure that the people there have an adequate water supply,” he said.
Saverin says several other projects will be undertaken over the island to address the problems now being faced with the reliability of the various water supplies.
