
Three Dead Men Found in Boat
Police has released the names of three men found dead in a boat adrift 26 miles of the coast of Salisbury Monday night.
Deputy Police Commissioner Cyril Carrette said the men were found with several gunshot wounds in a pool of blood.
“On November 02nd, the police went out on a search and rescue mission after receiving information that a boat was left adrift with three dead bodies’ on board. The police went out about some minutes after 1pm and recovered the boat named Big Bick at about 4:15 pm. The boat was towed to shore and the bodies were processed and taken to the Princess Margaret Hospital,” he said.
The men were identified as Manison Thomas aka Shabin of Fond St. Jean, Kenneth Birmingham aka Kamala of Kings Hill and Allan Bardouille of Newtown.
Carrette said there are no indications that the men had gone fishing, and the police believes that they were involved in an “illegal activities.”
The boat belongs to Curtis Richards better known as “Shakes” of Newtown, Carrette said.
