The United States Embassy to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean is using social media to reach out to residents in the seven countries it serves.
With the busy summer travel season already underway, Eastern Caribbean residents will be able to get real-time answers to their questions about the visa process on Friday, 23 July when the Embassy hosts a discussion on its Facebook page (www.facebook.com/USEmbassyBarbados).
The discussion will run from 3 p.m. until 4 p.m. and two consular officers will participate and answer questions on the visa application process.
Residents should sign up as fans of the Embassy’s Facebook page if they wish to participate. The discussion will be open from 12:00 noon on Friday so people can leave their questions in advance.
