
Corporate Communications Manager of Lime Ferdina Frampton
Musician Cornell Philip and the Dominica Folk Singers are the recipients of this year’s Creole Lifetime Awards.
They will be presented with their token of appreciation when the Landline Internet Mobile Entertainment (LIME) officially launches its annual Creole in the Park today.
Corporate Communications Manager of LIME Ferdina Frampton says the company will also present its Creole Lifetime awards at this afternoon’s official launch.
“This is the first time that we are staging the event under the LIME brand and this historic for us. We are ensuring that our very first time under the LIME brand is very successful,” she said.
A number of government officials are expected to deliver remarks at this afternoon’s ceremony.
They include Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit, Community Development Minister Laureen Bannis Roberts and Parliamentary Representative for the Roseau Central constituency Norris Prevost.
LIME’s Country Manager Jeffery Baptiste is also expected to address the proceedings which will begin at 2pm.
