Dominica Labour Party Launches Alvin Alo Bernard in the Roseau Central Constituency

Thousands of screaming supports, well wishers and curious onlookers crowded the Dame Eugenia Charles Boulevard on the Bayfront to witness the launching of Alvin ‘Alo’ Bernard, the Dominica Labour Party candidate for the Roseau Central Constituency. The development economist who was born and bred in the city promised to continue the urban renewal programm and bring major development to Roseau and environs.His goal is to transform Roseau into the most developed and important city within the OECS.

Alvin Alo Bernard will face Judith Pestaina Leader of the Dominica Freedom Party and Norris Prevost of the United Workers Party in the Roseau Central Constituency. This is one of the battle ground constituencies and will be one of the toughest battles in the December 18th 2009 general elections.
