This was the situation for a female driver who lost control of her CRV and drove this afternoon onto the stony beach in Taru. The Vehicle appeared to have tumbled down and flipped over an undisclosed number of times – and then finally settling down on its wheels. Reports have not reached us as to exact number of passengers and their conditions – however reports regarding the driver/owner of the vehicle was that “she was distraught”, and her physical condition seemed to be intact. That CRV on the other hand was not so fortunate – not to mention the sea water that would getting to the wheels and under-engine !
