
Chinese Ambassador Deng Boqing, Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit and Security Ministr Rayburn Bllackmore share light moment at 4th anniversary celebrations
On the occasion of the Fifth Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Commonwealth of Dominica and the People’s Republic of China, Prime Minister Hon. Roosevelt Skerrit and China’s Ambassador to Dominica, His Excellency, Deng Boqing will host a reception at the State House in Roseau this evening.
The reception, which begins at 6.30 p.m. will feature addresses by Prime Minister, Hon. Roosevelt Skerrit, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Labour, Hon. Vince Henderson and Chinese Ambassador to Dominica, His Excellency, Deng Boqing.
There will also be the launch of the 5th Anniversary Commemorative Stamp to be unveiled jointly by the President of Dominica and the Chinese Ambassador.
Invited guests are also expected to be treated to a number of cultural performances by local groups and a solo performance by Mrs. Ophelia Marie.
