Hon Charles Savarin at town hall meeting
The former leader of the once mighty Dominica Freedom Party-now Dominica Labour Party member Charles Savarin has questioned the “Green Policy” put forward by Opposition Leader Ron Green.
Savarin told a town hall meeting in Roseau Wednesday night that Green has made proposals for the establishment of a green policy but he has failed to practice what he preaches.
“You have an ole vehicle sending out smoke poo poo poo poop. Anybody who is driving behind Ron Green has to take water and wash their eyes or they have to stop and let him go before they can continue. You talking about Green?” Savarin said.
Savarin also called on the Opposition leader to apologize to the nation for his failure as a Minister of Education under the United Workers Party (UWP) Administration.
“Ron Green has the guts to talk about education in Dominica. That man has to apologize to the people of Roseau, Delices, Boetica and LaPlain whose children could not get a place in any secondary school in Dominica,” he said.
Charles Savarin has always been a man who likes to insult people. Green drives an old vehicle now because unlike the DLP big wigs, he was afraid to milk the cow when he was in government. When DLP os out of government they will still be classy because right now they taking all they can for wet days
